Prune Gallery ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") helps you organize, clean, and manage the photos and videos on your device — identifying similar images, classifying faces with on-device AI, and managing your media collection by screenshots, videos, and monthly albums. This Privacy Policy explains what data we gather, how we process it, the choices available to you, and the measures we take to protect your information. It applies to all mobile applications released under the Prune Gallery brand on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and any associated services, features, or content (together, "the Services").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
For any questions, concerns, or privacy-related requests, contact us at help@labbce.com.
We collect information that falls into several categories. Some data is provided by you directly, while other data is generated automatically through your interaction with the App.
When you reach out to our support team, respond to surveys, or send us feedback, we receive the details you choose to share — your email address, the content of your message, and any attachments you include. This information is used exclusively to address your inquiry and is not employed for any other purpose.
We also collect app-generated content such as your settings preferences, feature inputs, and any content necessary for core functionality — for example, access to your photo library for photo and video management features.
To maintain a stable experience and diagnose technical issues, we automatically collect certain information about your device and network connection. The specific identifiers collected depend on your device platform:
Persistent device identifiers — such as the Android ID on Android or the IDFV on iOS — are treated as personal information in accordance with applicable law.
The App may also read the list of applications installed on your device to support notification management features. This check occurs entirely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
We log how you navigate and use the App to understand performance patterns and guide product improvements. These records may include:
This data is applied solely to refine the user experience and optimize in-app advertising. It is never sold to third parties.
To perform its core functions — similar photo identification and cleanup, AI-based face classification, video and screenshot management, and monthly album organization — the App needs to scan and analyze photos, videos, screenshots, and other media files stored on your device.
If you use the AI-based face classification feature to organize or clean photos by person, the following applies:
To deliver relevant advertisements and measure campaign effectiveness, we access the following platform-specific advertising identifiers:
These identifiers are not linked to personally identifiable information or persistent device identifiers such as the Android ID or IDFV.
We process the data necessary to run the App, fulfill your requests, and deliver the features you rely on — similar photo cleanup, AI face classification, video and screenshot management, and monthly album organization. Face data is used solely for features involving face classification and cleanup.
We have a legitimate interest in analyzing aggregated usage patterns to fix bugs, enhance performance, develop new capabilities, and tailor your experience. This also covers responding to your support requests and sending service-related communications such as update notices and security alerts.
With your consent (where required by law), we and our advertising partners may use your ad identifier, approximate location derived from IP, language preference, and in-app behavior to present relevant advertisements and evaluate their performance. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings — on Android via Settings > Privacy > Ads, and on iOS via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
We process data to detect suspicious activity, prevent fraudulent behavior, enforce acceptable use of the Services, and safeguard our infrastructure and community.
We may process your data to meet applicable legal obligations — for instance, responding to lawful requests from authorities or maintaining records as mandated by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
However, there are specific circumstances where we may disclose data to trusted recipients:
We may also share aggregated or anonymized data — such as "72% of users prefer monthly album view" — with partners for research, analytics, or marketing. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
To enable the App's core functionality, we may request the following permissions. Permissions vary by platform; sections marked with a platform label apply only to that platform. You can revoke any permission at any time through your device settings, though doing so may limit certain features.
To scan, analyze, and manage your media for features such as similar photo detection, face classification, video management, screenshot management, and monthly album organization. On iOS, you may grant access to only selected photos rather than your entire library. On Android, where supported, you may also grant partial access.
Run a foreground service for media scanning, data synchronization, and extended background tasks. This permission type is specific to the Android platform.
To process in-app purchases and subscriptions through Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS). Payment processing is handled directly by the respective platform.
We rely on the following legal bases to process your personal data, depending on the context:
In some cases, providing your data is necessary to use the full functionality of the App. If you decide not to share certain data, some features may be unavailable.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may exercise the following rights regarding your personal data. To submit a request, contact us at the email address in Section 13. We will verify your identity before processing.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, free of charge, and ask us to correct any inaccuracies.
You may request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, when you withdraw consent and no other legal basis applies, or when you object and no overriding legitimate grounds exist.
You may request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while you contest its accuracy or when processing is unlawful and you oppose erasure.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing. We will comply unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
You may request a structured, machine-readable copy of your data that is processed by automated means based on consent or contract, and have it transmitted to another data controller where technically feasible.
If you believe we have violated your privacy rights, please contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.
We will respond to your request within 30 days, or inform you if an extension is needed. We may charge a reasonable fee only if your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with additional protections. This section supplements our main Privacy Policy.
You may request, up to twice in any 12-month period, disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of collection, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared it.
You may request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions — such as when the data is needed to detect security incidents, fix errors, comply with legal obligations, or perform internal uses consistent with your expectations.
We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. However, we may share certain identifiers with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out of such sharing. To exercise this right, follow the instructions in Section 7.5.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights — including denying services, charging different prices, or providing a different quality of service.
Submit a verifiable consumer request via email to help@labbce.com. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days (extendable up to 90 days with notice).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16 without verifiable parental or guardian consent.
If you believe that a minor's information has been collected in error, please contact us at help@labbce.com. We will promptly investigate and delete any such data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
The App integrates third-party software development kits (SDKs) that may collect and process data as described in their own privacy policies. Our primary partners include:
We carefully select partners with reputable privacy and security practices and limit the data they can access to what's necessary for their services. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of these third parties before interacting with their services through the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be revised. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice — such as an in-app notification or a pop-up prompt the next time you open the App. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
As a general guideline:
We may continue to store aggregated or anonymized data — for example, usage statistics that no longer identify you — for analytical and research purposes without time limitation.
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit, access controls on our systems, and periodic security reviews. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we ever detect a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law (for example, within 72 hours under the GDPR).

We aim to acknowledge your inquiry within 48 hours and respond fully within 30 days.
